Name: JX-JNFS4/66-320S Narrow Fabric Jacquard Needle Loom
Description:
Equipped with JXGS-320 computerized jacquard system (specially developed, national patent), pattern layout is controlled by 320 needles and 12 heald frames, with high stability for the high-speed jacquard controlling.

Application:
Be suitable for the production of elastic and non elastic narrow fabrics with jacquard patterns, logos, or brand names, including various tapes, belts, chains, ribbons, laces, and webbings, which are most often used in the industries of apparel, lingerie, footwear, caps, gloves, gifts, watches, cameras, raincoats, bags, luggage, upholstery, waist belts, hair ornaments, medical products, etc.

Main features:
1. Adopting JXGS-320 computerized double-lift jacquard system and upper opening needle-chosen system, it is easy for the option of either standard, or enlarged, or double-needle weaving. Jacquard electronic system is fixed on the middle part of the creel, easy to install and dismantle. Controlling device adopts Jinxin computerized pattern control system, characterized by simple operating interface, convenient pattern-change modes.
2. For pattern design and program creation, advanced Jinxin CAD system is used, easy to learn and use. Scanners can also be used to scan the needed pattern, which can be transmitted to the computer for the layout designing directly.
3. Memory capacity of the electronic jacquard system is 10000 wefts, compatible with many brand machines and weaving CAD. File formats of JC5, EP, UPT, DAT etc are compatible as well
4. The real-time display of the production process and each shift output is available. When actual output is up to a given one, the machine will stop automatically, showing the rotation speed, weft number and other production data.
5. It is very convenient for any change or modification of jacquard patterns. Direct keyboard input or U-disk information copying can be used.
6. It is mainly characterized by high speed, free options of speed setting, ease operation, stable performance and safety.
