1. Application:
This machine is used to further drawing of the tows, and give a tensioning process of the tow under high temperature. The annealed function is achieved through the oil spray box by sudden cooling by the spray. The tenacity of the tow can be increased, and the elongation of the fiber can be reduced.
2. Application Scope:
This machine can be applied for producing of fine denier fiber ranging under 1.5D polyester solid fiber. 1.5D.
3. Design of the Annealer
Type: 18 rollers, cantilever style, 9 up and 9 down design.
Main Parts: Setting Roller, Driving Box, Motor and gear box, Pipeline and Lubricating System.
Setting Roller: The Roller is in welded structure. The rotary joint is used for the entering of heating oil for heating or Setting Roller, and guarantees the sealing.
Dimention of Setting Roller: Φ 820mm*900mm (effective width).
Drive type: Hard-surfaced gear drive, inverter controlled AC current motor, spring type shaft joint (driving motor power: 200kw, 132kw, 132kw)
Structure: 18 rollers are divided into 3 groups, 6 rollers each group. 183, 6.
Structure of the Drawing Box:
Gear Drive in closed condition, dividing into 3 groups. Front face of Drawing Box is covered by SS steel plate.
Lubrication Method: Forced lubrication. It consist 3 lubrication groups, which have cooling & filtration functions.
Heating Oil Temperature: 300 degrees
Working temperature of machine: 160-180 degrees
Weight of the machine: Around 70 tons
