Sampling computerized shuttle embroidery machine is the ideal embroidery machine for sample manufacture and for small orders.

We can provide special size sampling machine in compliance with different requirements from clients, the embroidery length is from 1.75 yards to 5 yards and embroidery width is from 80cm to 120cm.

The controller is co-manufactured by Australia Wilcom Company, it's with latest update Wilcom software inside, and it has excellent operation system, you can make simple amendment on the embroidery samples. The system can install the plate making software according to the customer requirements, directly exchange the format to the plate making of your samples
Frame Movement in X and Y direction, boring, main shaft driving system and auto-thread feeding system are controlled by Servo drive system with matching planet reducer.
Machine body made by high quality steel which is worked well with advanced technique;
X and Y direction feeding parts of Fabric frame and the sliding parts of shuttle conductor lifter adopt ball bearing screw in permanent zero clearance combining precise self-smooth linetype sliding rail, nice appearance, firm, durable and light weight.
Frame Movement part use permanent zero-gap ball Lead Screw and auto-lubricating Linear Guiding Rail.
