[Characteristic]
1. New electronic control system
Weaving Navigation System can scoutthe working situation during loom running, can guide the loom to chose the best weaving technology as per all the situation; Can automatically set the best weaving parameters as per loom condition and fabric specifications; Further improved auto-set system and weft brake system which prevent stop mark.
2. New type positive let-off motion
To ensure high-speed running we designed new type positive let-off motion for JA20, the let-off motion is fitted on outside of side boards, so eccentricity can be adjusted easily.
3. Low vibrant balanced beating system
Box-board on both sides and front beam are designed with high rigid structures, it is with good anti-vibration and durable even weaving heavy fabrics at high speed. General y equipment of supporter on the rocking shaft and rocking balancer can realize smooth and strong beating at high speed for perfect fabric.
4. Flexibility for high speed
Adopts high rigid frame structure, big diameter beam gear and positive let-off driving beam with bath lubrication, which make loom suit for the high density fabric at high speed. The flange diameter is up to 1100mm if necessary.
5. Double back roller
Let-off motion adopts double back roller which keep tension constant and fit for weaving various heavy or light fabrics.
6. Low-power weft insertion
The sensor of new electro-magnetic valve is higher, makes air pressure stable while jetting accurately at ultra high-speed. Valve is connected with front-beam and air groove. Which shortens the distance from valve to nozzle, improve the efficiency.
