HST series terry rapier loom is innovative design after the assimilation and absorption of imported advanced technology from Japan HIRAIWA and other international advanced machines. There are three series and six types terry looms with various specifications, it is a guarantee for meeting all kinds all kinds of the customers' demands.

[Powerful beat-up]
Beat-up motion is driven by conjugated cams from two sides, adopts optimum high-speed cam curve which can reduce the shake and impact of high speed running. It can ensure the beating powerful and stable during high-speed weaving, can meet the weaving requirement of high count & High density fabric with high tension.
[Terry motion]
Up-mounted terry motion adopts the independent cam control and cloth movement way, with simple structure and easy adjustment to improve the terry quality. 1 loop per 3 picks or 1 loop per 4 picks are selective. Double electo-magnetic broaches can weave different height loops, concave-convex loops easily. The terry motion can also adopts servo motor control, loops can be changed and switched freely from 3~7 picks which can weave various towel fabrics.
[Take-up & Let-off motion]
Controlled by electronic servo motor, ensure let-off and take-up motion keeping exactly synchronize, guarantee the weight of fabric invariable from full warp beam to empty, perfect weaving when changing the fabric structure from plain loop to border. It is also adopts mechanical take-up with special electro-magnetic weft density changing device and four different gears to weave different loops and borders.
[Control & Display]
Adopts high-speed CPU control, interactive figures-LCD panel; with the function of electronic shedding, electronic let-off, electronic weft selection, auto pick-finding, auto defect inspection, etc. 10.4 inch LCD screen, Humanized and friendly interface for customers make operation easy and quick, can realize intercommunication and instant setting and adjusting various parameters and modification of technological programme.
