This machine is a new product integrated with mechanism, electric and pneumatics. On the basis of retaining the firm framework and reliable take-up and let-off mechanism of TW series of copper netting loom, it greatly improves the main power drive, and adopts crank four-linkage single weft beating, which makes the complete machine steadier. It is easy to operate with advanced PLC programmable control system, automatically control movement of yarn pressing, yarn take-up, weft holding, shuttle checking, and stop on missing weft, etc. It not only can weave high-quality polyester web, but also improves productivity by over 30%, and has high ratio of function to price. So it is an ideal loom in papermaking web industry of our country.
